Government does not seem to know what are they supposed to do.
I filed 30 RTI applications so far. The applications were transferred a number of times before "No Information" available reply was given.
There should be a provision in RTI Act that RTI application should be treated as information/ letter to the concerned government department. In subsequent RTI Application I should be able to know that the government has done in respect of subject covered in RTI Application or what are the views of the government on the subject.
